Bus crash in Kenya leaves Elephant Dead

A tragic incident occurred in Kenya when a bus collided with an elephant as it was crossing a bustling highway near a national park.

The impact of the collision caused the immediate death of the elephant, while a number of passengers on the bus sustained injuries.

Prompt medical attention was provided to the injured individuals at a nearby hospital.

The bus involved in the accident was reportedly en route from the coastal city of Mombasa to the capital city, Nairobi, and the incident took place during the evening of Saturday.

The Tsavo National Park, which spans both sides of the highway, was the specific location of the accident.

Disturbingly, local residents took advantage of the situation and engaged in chaotic behavior as they sought to claim portions of the elephant's meat.

The incident has generated significant attention within Kenya and across social media platforms, with the hashtag #Kenya being used to discuss the event.
