KATANGA MURDER! Molly Katanga Skips Court Again

 


The defense lawyers representing the widow, Ms. Molly Katanga, in the murder case of city businessman Henry Katanga, has revealed that she could not attend the proceedings due to her deteriorating health.

During the January 8, 2024 court session, the defense informed presiding magistrate Erias Kakooza that Molly Katanga had undergone a fifth surgery and was physically incapable of standing in the dock for the trial, as previously ordered by the court.

The businessman, Henry Katanga, tragically lost his life on November 2nd, succumbing to a gunshot wound after a reported altercation with his wife, Molly Katanga, at their matrimonial home in Mbuya.

The revelation about Molly's health condition triggered emotional reactions from the deceased businessman's relatives present in the courtroom. The gravity of the situation became palpable as the defense lawyers emphasized the ongoing medical challenges faced by Molly, preventing her from fulfilling the court's directives.

The case has been adjourned to January 22nd.
