The manager Office of the National Chairman(ONC) and Senior Presidential Advisor (SPA) to President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa, Hajjat Hadijah Uzeiye Namyalo has today delivered Wealth Creation items on behalf of National Chairman of NRM, H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni today in Bugembe Stadium, Jinja City.
The Wealth Creation items given to different groups including Ghetto youth and Women ranged from Welding, G-Nut grinding, Pop corn making, Brick laying Machines, Hoes, Spraying pumps, Fertilizers, Saloon equipments among others.
The hand over ceremony has been witnessed by the Leadership of Jinja City including the Deputy Mayor, Councilors, Local Council Chairpersons among other leaders.
The Prime Minister of Busoga Kingdom, Rt Hon Eng Joseph Muvawala, thanked President Museveni and the National Resistance Movement (NRM) Government for empowering Busoga Kingdom to develop and enable people get income generating items.
He further thanked SPA Hadijah Uzeiye Namyalo for always loving Busoga Kingdom and the region at Large and for equally supporting the Busoga Kingdom Royal wedding.
He emphasized that Busoga region will continue to support President Museveni and the NRM Government come 2026 and beyond, he called upon all the Basoga to keep peaceful as they enjoy #ONCKasiki4Isebantu.
The same economic empowerment event doubles as #ONCKasiki4Isebantu, the pre-event for the Kyabazinga of Busoga's Royal Wedding taking place on Saturday 18th November 2023.
The king will tie the knot to the queen at Bugembe Cathedral and later on host their guests at Igenge Palace.
The #ONCKasiki4Isebantu is the first of it's kind in the History of Busoga...the only Kasiki that focuses on #WealthCreation of Busoga people.
