Rwandan authorities have apprehended a 34-year-old individual suspected of being a serial killer, accused of committing over 10 murders.
The police became aware of these heinous acts when they were called to evict him from his rented residence in a Kigali suburb due to his seven-month rent arrears.
During the eviction, the suspect resisted, but eventually, he apologized and broke down in tears.
Subsequently, he was taken to the police station, where he confessed to several killings.
According to police reports, he admitted to luring his victims from bars, then robbing, killing, and either burying them in a hole he had dug in his kitchen or dissolving them in acid. #Rwanda
