In Zambia, Esther Lungu, the wife of former President Edgar Lungu, has been detained in Lusaka on multiple charges, including alleged motor vehicle theft, which she denies.
Three other individuals have also been taken into custody with her. The police spox confirmed that they face charges related to the theft of a certificate of title for a property in Lusaka.
Additionally, an ongoing investigation is looking into suspected criminal activities involving former ministers, government officials, and members of the Lungu family. #Zambia
