A tragic incident unfolded in Nigeria's city of Zaria, where a mosque collapsed during Friday prayers, resulting in the death of at least seven individuals.
The central mosque was filled with worshippers, and the collapse occurred while afternoon prayers were being observed.
Initially, four bodies were discovered, and later, three more were found as the rescue team searched through the rubble.
Numerous others were also injured in the collapse. The Zaria Emirates council spokesperson provided these details about the unfortunate event.
