Pastor Aloysius Bugingo has criticized Bobi Wine for his comments on Segirinya's illness, suggesting that if Bobi Wine himself can't raise funds for Segirinya's treatment, he should allow others to do so.
Bugingo accuses Bobi Wine of being stingy, claiming that he would not even contribute 1 million for Segirinya's medical care.
He points out that while Bobi Wine criticizes Muhammed Nsereko for offering 5 million to Segirinya, Bobi Wine himself hasn't contributed.
Bugingo emphasized the need for a culture of appreciation and generosity rather than blame.
These remarks from Bugingo followed Bobi Wine's statement that the Ugandan Parliament is responsible for covering Segirinya's hospital expenses, and public fundraising shouldn't be necessary.
