Police and security agencies have intensified operations to remove vendors selling merchandise along Entebbe roads.
Small kiosks, food vendors, and chapati bakers are all being cleared.
According to security officials, this move is intended to clean the streets, especially vendors occupying the UNRA road reserves, ahead of the Non-Aligned Countries Summit that Uganda will host in January next year.
