He is result-oriented, decisive, thorough, and consistent in all that he does, with a sensitivity to the needs of each individual in his environment.
Mujuni Mpitsi Lawrence's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Political Science and Public Administration from Makerere University, an MA Degree in Public Policy and Management from Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, The Netherlands, and an MA Degree in Peace and Security Management from Institute of Peace and Security Studies- African Union Peace and Security Program, Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.
His career is an impressive one, having held many positions of responsibility, including Secretary to the Equal Opportunities Commission/Accounting Officer at Uganda Constitutional Commission on Equal Opportunities, University Secretary/Accounting Officer at Mbarara University of Science and Technology, and Director of East African Community Affairs at the Ministry of East African Community Affairs.
