BREAKING! Judge Orders Police to Arrest Molly Katanga AS SOON AS POSSIBLE Over Murder of Husband

The Nakawa Magistrate Court has issued a warrant of arrest for Molly Katanga, who is set to face charges related to the murder of her husband, Henry Katanga. The warrant, dated January 22, 2024, directs law enforcement to apprehend Molly Katanga promptly and present her before the court to answer to the charges.

Henry Katanga, a prominent moneylender, was discovered dead on the morning of November 2, 2023, in his bedroom at his matrimonial home in Mbuya, Kampala. The circumstances surrounding his death have since become the focal point of a complex legal saga involving accusations, remands, and a tangled web of conflicting narratives.

The court has already remanded Molly's daughters, Martha Nkwanzi Katanga and Patricia Kakwanza alias Tricia, along with the house helper George Amanyire and Charles Otai, to Luzira prison on charges connected to Henry Katanga's demise.

Molly Katanga's legal team has asserted that she is currently hospitalized, citing injuries allegedly sustained during a confrontation with her late husband on the morning of November 2, 2023. Kampala Associated Advocates, representing Molly, detailed the challenges in her healing process, revealing persistent scabs and blackening in certain regions of her scalp, coupled with dizziness affecting her mobility and overall comfort.

To address these medical concerns, Molly's lawyers disclosed that doctors have recommended a brain MRI scan to uncover the underlying causes of the stagnant healing and the progressive dizziness she is experiencing.

This high-profile case has drawn attention not only for its legal intricacies but also for the involvement of wealthy military families. The situation has escalated into a power struggle, with state organs being leveraged to undermine each side's case.

While the family of Henry Katanga believes that Molly intentionally took her husband's life, Molly's associates have portrayed her as a victim of domestic violence, contending that she suffered injuries from physical assaults by her deceased husband.

As the legal proceedings unfold, the public is keenly watching the twists and turns of this complex and emotionally charged case that transcends accusations of murder to encompass broader dynamics of power, privilege, and family strife
