BREAKING! ADF Militants Kill Seven Ugandans in Kamwenge

Suspected Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) militants have unleashed a deadly attack in Kyabandara township, Kamwenge district, western Uganda, claiming the lives of at least seven people. The assault occurred in the early hours of Tuesday, catching residents unaware as they slept.

According to Moses Tukundane, an area resident, the raids commenced at 1:00 am, with chilling screams and calls for help piercing the night.

Among the victims was Beatrice, the Councillor of Kyabandara township, whose identity was confirmed by an eyewitness. The attackers left shockwaves across Kamwenge, prompting urgent responses from local leaders.

In response to the Kamwenge attack, UPDF swiftly deployed forces to the area, aiming to track down the assailants and reassure the public of enhanced security measures.

Museveni's previous remarks indicated ongoing efforts to neutralize ADF fighters, highlighting incidents like the group led by Njovu, responsible for killing tourists.

While Njovu was injured and arrested, three members were killed, and seven others escaped, prompting security forces to intensify efforts in the Kibaale National Park area.
