Amhara Community Protests in the US Over Abiy Ahmed's Actions

Amhara community members in Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles have voiced their dissatisfaction with the Ethiopian government led by Abiy Ahmed.

Protesters have labeled him a dictator and blamed him for initiating a conflict in the Amhara region. Demonstrators chanted slogans demanding an end to the displacement and violence faced by Ethiopians.

Additionally, there was expressed support for the FANO militia in their efforts against the central government. Similar protests against the Abiy government have reportedly taken place in London and Sydney as well.
