Police have cordoned off Parliamentary Road in Kampala after an armed assailant supposedly shot and killed a money lender (of Indian identity) at the later's office at Raja chambers.
Onlookers said the aggressor was a police officer who vanished after the shooting. Analysts are on ground sorting proof out and talking with observers to assist with laying out the intention of the shooter said to be on the run.
Relatives and friends identified the shooting victim as Uttam Bandari, who owns and operates TSP Financial Services in the basement of Raja Chambers.
