Afternoon Rain blows off Equity Bank Roof

_KMP Spox_: Due to heavy rains , the roof top at Equity Bank building located at Wekembe Market, Kutano, Kawempe Division, Kampala city has been blown off .

Unfortunately it fell into the road and this has caused a lot of traffic Jam.

Efforts are on by our teams from Fire and rescue services to have the situation normalised by removing safely all that is blocking the road .

Therefore, we would like to advise motorists to use alternative routes to access or leave the city center. Thank you .
